The annual Chuck Cook & Associates Tradeshow & Reception is always a premier Florida event each summer. Prized for its networking and business connectivity among hotels and planners, the show has been a sell-out since the first show in 1999. Next year, the Chuck Cook Trade Show celebrates its 14th anniversary at the University Center Club, Florida State University. Tallahassee, FL.
Hotels with new sales reps or that are just opening, remodeling, or changing flags or ownership will find this an unparalleled opportunity to promote their property. Planners will find excellent food and beverages, a wide range of hotel facilities, and excellent opportunities for booking hotels giving special promotions.

I will never miss the Chuck Cook Trade Show. Actually, it’s one of the first items on my new calendar every year! Everything about the show is perfect – from the pre-show information, to the cost of the event, to the venue and room set-up, to the pre-qualified attendees, to the food & beverage…absolutely nothing is overlooked. It’s so obvious that the show is run by professionals! And, I typically end up bringing home RFP’s – which is the reason we all attend in the first place. Thank you for encouraging the planners to bring RFP’s to the show! If anyone has a list of “must-attend shows” they should be certain the Chuck Cook Show is at the very top…it’s the best there is!!!
