Chuck Cook & Associates provides services throughout the United States and the Caribbean. We specialize in meetings management within Florida and the Southeast. We can be most beneficial to those firms seeking meetings in these areas because we know the personnel and properties that best suit your needs.

There is never a fee for site selection and contract negotiations. The hotel you select pays us a commission for obtaining your business. We also arrange your site visits, and assist in other program aspects without cost to you.

We do not represent hotels or hotel supply companies; we work only for you - our client. You can be assured that the best possible rate and contract are negotiated on your behalf.

In addition, we produce a highly valued tradeshow & reception for hotels and suppliers each August with nearly 200 meeting planners in attendance. The 2012 event will mark our 14th show.

Other management services can be tailored to your budget and the services you specifically need. We can provide a package price or you may purchase ala carte assistance. CC&A works with your existing staff or becomes your staff for an event.

We implement cost-effective, workable, and immediate solutions to meet your requirements. Our objective is to be an extension of your association or staff - a partner who can be available as needed, as unobtrusive as you like, and as out-front as you dictate.

We only require a letter of agreement for a specific event, and the only contract needed is the one you sign with the hotel.
